What we collect

When you send us an enquiry we collect your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number, your message, and any file you attach.

When you send an enquiry we also pass our sales team the pages you viewed on this site beforehand, so they can prepare a useful reply. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and anything attached to it at any time — write to sales@tozai-jpn.co.jp.

Why we keep it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a specification and a quotation, and to support the equipment afterwards. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone outside our own company and the manufacturer concerned when a quotation requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically, together with any file attached to them.

Visitor statistics

We count visits to understand which pages are useful. The counter does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How to ask us to delete your data

Write to sales@tozai-jpn.co.jp and we will delete your enquiry and anything attached to it.
